At the heart of Rimac is Local couple Dan and Jess Hogan. Being born and bred in the area Dan and Jess have a passion for the local Tamworth district and are raising their family here.

Dan brings over 10 years experience in the building industry having completed his apprenticeship at Austam Homes where he gained experience in construction of new re-locatable homes, before taking up a sub-contractor role for Dunst brothers constructions where he constructed new slab on ground dwellings, before starting his own small business completing renovations/small extensions and working for local real estates carrying out rental repairs, maintenance and upgrades. This mix of employment within the building industry means Dan has an in depth knowledge of not only the common brick veneer, slab on ground constructions but also, bearer and joist, steel & timber framed dwellings, re-locatable homes, extension/renovations and a lot of other vast areas of construction.

Having formed a close relationship with many real estates within Tamworth through work for them, Dan was approached by a handful of local agents to start offering building and pest inspections, as turn around times for current inspections were getting at times unacceptable, and due to this demand Rimac was born.

Handling the bookings, phone calls, emails, invoicing, office work and just about everything else is Dans lovely wife Jess, Having enjoyed a long standing career in childcare both hands on as a room leader and also at a management/director level, Jess has jumped along side Dan to keep business running as efficiently and quickly as possible, Both Dan and Jess Have run their own business and are very customer focused and give 100% to any task they undertake, They understand that word of mouth is the best form of Advertising.and take great pleasure in being referred to a potential customer by a previous/current customer.
